Answers before you call
How long will we be down during the switch?
For most customers, not at all. We stage and program the new system in advance and run it in parallel with your existing lines, then port numbers once everything is verified. Customers upgrading from a legacy system usually experience no interruption to inbound calling.
Premise-based or hosted VoIP — which is right for us?
Hosted VoIP has a lower upfront cost but relies on generic SIP phones registering to a provider's soft switch, which puts call quality at the mercy of their network and yours. A premise-based Allworx system keeps the switching on site, gives you full configuration control, and typically costs less over the life of the system.

Can we keep working from outside the office?
